1. Delivery Time
All eu.puma.com orders are shipped from Germany.
The delivery period is 2-4 business days, unless otherwise stated on the respective product page or during checkout. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Germany.
In case the order contains a personalized item, the delivery period will be extended up to 5-7 additional working days.

2. Delivery Charges
We offer standard shipping with PostNord, either as home delivery or delivery to a pick-up point or parcel locker. Standard shipping charges depend on the order value and the selected delivery method. For orders under 600 kr, the shipping fee is 49 kr for home delivery or 39 kr for delivery to a pick-up point or parcel locker. For orders above this threshold, the fee for home delivery is 29 kr, while delivery to a pick-up point or parcel locker is free of charge.
We offer Express Shipping to most countries eligible for delivery (Switzerland, Romania, Croatia and Norway not included), for a fee of 99 kr. Orders placed by 2pm on weekdays from Monday to Friday can be delivered the next business day (Saturdays not included). For logistical reasons, orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be shipped out on the following Monday only. In exceptional circumstances, express delivery might be delayed.
Notes: Pick-up points and parcel lockers are convenient collection locations where you can pick up your order when it suits you best.
Home delivery brings your order directly to your address for a small additional fee.
These rates apply only to PostNord deliveries. Prices may differ when using other carriers.
3. Delivery Restrictions
We currently offer shipping only to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark (except Greenland, Faroes Island), Estonia, Finland (except Åland Islands), France (except overseas departments / DOM, French Guiana, Monaco), Germany (except Island of Helgoland, Büsingen am Hochrhein), Greece (except Mountain Athos), Hungary, Ireland, Italy (except San Marino, Livigno, Campione d’Italia), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands (except ABC Islands), Norway (except Svalbard – Spitzbergen), Poland, Portugal (except Azores and Madeira), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Sweden and Switzerland.
If you wish to place an order to an EU member state which is not stated above, or which is listed as an exception among eligible countries, you are free to place a respective order. However, in this case, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery to your desired address. We will prepare the goods within 5 working days from the time of order placement and successful payment; the goods will be ready for pickup by you or the shipping service provider you have selected independently . A pickup from our warehouse will only be possible within a period of 20 days from the time of order placement and successful payment.
