1. Delivery Time

All eu.puma.com orders are shipped from Germany.

The delivery period is 4-6 business days, unless otherwise stated on the respective product page or during checkout. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Germany.

In case the order contains a personalized item, the delivery period will be extended up to 6-8 additional working days.

2. Delivery Charges

We offer free standard shipping for order values above 54,95 €. A standard shipping charge of 4,95 € will be applied on order values less than 54,95 €. We offer Express Shipping to most countries eligible for delivery (Switzerland, Romania, Croatia and Norway not included), for a fee of 9,95€. Orders placed by 2pm on weekdays from Monday to Friday can be delivered the next business day (Saturdays not included). For logistical reasons, orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be shipped out on the following Monday only. In exceptional circumstances, express delivery might be delayed.
